Job Scope

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and other methodologies. Monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives to ensure sustained success
• Analyze and optimize operations processes and workflows using CI tools, including but not limited to Value Stream Mapping, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, Gemba. Implement strategies to enhance operations efficiency, reduce cost and improve on quality

Requirements:

• Certified Lean Practitioner or Six Sigma Green Belt is an added advantage.
