About the role:

The OA role has the responsibility to support vessel day to day operations such as:

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in Asian Culinary Arts.
• Must be familiar with Chinese Cuisine
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience as Cook.
• Valid Basic Food and Hygiene certification
• Strong interest and passion in culinary
• 6 days work week

• Ensures the kitchen is orderly.
• Assists Cooks in preparing and arranging food.
• Cleans the kitchen area and washes dishes and utensils.
• Supports the chef or head cook in achieving culinary excellence.
• Handles ingredients, maintains kitchen equipment, and ensures safety standards.

Responsibilities:

- Provide frontline service to walk-in patients, answering phone calls and enquiries

- Perform front desk duties - Register patients, triage, pack, and dispense medications

- Assist Doctors in performing their duties with patients

- Perform simple procedures on patients e.g. ECG, Nebulisation

- Top up stock/assist with stock-keeping in clinic

Criteria / Requirement:

- Interested in healthcare/patient care

- Flexibility to work weekends and Public Holidays

- Computer-Literate

- Diploma / Degree Preferred

- Minimum 2 years Clinic Experience in a GP clinic setting

- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Team player with good interpersonal skills

- Able to work flexible shift hours and locations

- Relevant healthcare-related qualifications/experience is a bonus and will positively impact starting pay

Clinic hours are generally 7am - 1pm and 6pm - 11pm.

- On-job training is provided.

- Transport allowance is provided for taxi/car transport after midnight.

- Route of advancement towards Clinic Manager and other roles available for good performers.
