• Assist in responding to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively in the absence of Restaurant Manager
• Work with staff to project future needs for kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning products.
• Maintain inventory of all needed supplies
• Identify methods our restaurant can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits
• Manage the work schedules of our restaurant’s staff

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in the F&B and/or hospitality industry preferred
• Strong multi-tasking skills, with strong focus in restaurant / cafe daily operations related skills
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Professional, pleasant, and clean disposition
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Required to work in split-shift environment
• Required to work 6 days a week, including public holidays and weekends
• The physical ability to remain standing for long periods of time

• To perform picking and packing, incoming receiving, wrapping, labelling and issuing.
• To provide support on daily warehouse activities.

Requirements:

• GCE N level or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
