Singapore iconic and homegrown heritage Food Services and Manufacturing company, HarriAnns (www.harrianns.com) is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our expanding dynamic team. If you are passionate about the food and beverage industry, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Entries
• Payment Processing (ensure that the necessary invoices are chopped and signed before processing)
• Upload to bank for approval and enter to XERO system.
• Get SOA from supplier, perform reconciliation where necessary as well as to confirm the amount with supplier.
• Process petty cash vouchers, get approval and enter to XERO system.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support in student disciplinary and grievance matters, including the provision of secretariat and administrative support to the Board of Discipline and Board of Appeal.
• Assist in investigation and interviews, documentation, and reporting of student disciplinary cases
• Ensure prompt updates in student disciplinary cases
• Liaison officer and provide guidance to faculty members on student disciplinary matters
• Assist in responding to general office administrative matters and inquiries on student disciplinary matters from various channels
• Assist in contacting government agencies
• Assist on academic transcripts matters
• Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any relevant fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
