• Manage strategic initiative such as graduate hire programs, internships, job fairs, etc
• Update internal databases with new hire information
• Prepare HR documentation for employees P-files and ensure required personnel records are in order
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
• Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrolments, changes, and terminations
• Coordinate employee events and activities, including training sessions, team building events, and employee recognition programs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legal requirements related to HR and Admin activities

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
• Experience in HR administration (Recruitment, Conducting interviews, Liaise with Recruiters)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• To be familiar with the Singapore Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act

Job Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠B2B sales

•⁠ ⁠Generate new opportunities to closing.

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with renowned partners (Bosch, Yamaha, Biamp, Extron, Crestron, Bose, Martin Audio, QSC, Poly, Logitech,

Microsoft, etc.) and in-house AV Designer Team to propose solutions to meet customer’s needs.

•⁠ ⁠Negotiate pricing with partners to ensure bids are competitive.

•⁠ ⁠Present and submit weekly sales report (for Assistant Sales Manager only)

•⁠ ⁠Assist in Managing partners (Manufacturers) for Audio solutions and related solutions.

•⁠ ⁠Source and secure partnerships for Audio related solutions to increase the breadth of solutions to the same customer

•⁠ ⁠Solutions to focus: Pro Audio Solutions in Large Venues like Theater, Auditorium, etc.

•⁠ ⁠Primary market to focus: Hospitality and Education sectors

Requirements:

• Must have minimum 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment with good sales track record

• Must have experience in a project-based, development of customised solutions sales environment

• Must have Experience in Pro sound solution for Large Venues

• Must have the keen interest in sales management and have the leadership trait (for Assistant Sales Manager only)

• Experience in Audio & Visual, videoconferencing, telephony solutions is a plus
