• Assist Deputy Director to manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives;
• Report on project success criteria results, metrics, and deployment management activities;

The Philanthropy Advisor will offer knowledge, experience and innovative ideas around donor cultivation and relationship management.

The main responsibility is to create and execute the full lifecycle of the donor experience mainly through the donor advised fund (DAF). This position facilitates active relationships with HNWI and corporate donors by providing strategic philanthropy advice and promoting best practices.

The candidate will be responsible for increasing donations, promoting grant disbursements, encouraging legacy gifts, and enhancing the affinity of donors with the organisation. He/She will be responsible for mainly corporate donor development and engagement strategy to achieve these objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of donors, cultivating and sustaining active relationships that encourage and inform their charitable giving, including encouraging strategic large gifts.
• Engage and guide a broad range of donor types from self-directed, to donors who have yet to take advantage of CFS’s advisory services, as well as those open to exploring complex charitable programmes.
