CDAC centres are strategically located island-wide to better serve students, workers and families. We aim to provide its services and programmes to the community near to their homes.
Reporting to the team supervisor, the job scope is as follows:
• Opening and closing the centre
• Managing the front counter and hotline
• Handling customer service and enquiries
• Assisting with programme registration and assistance schemes
• Managing administrative tasks like fee collection, data entry, and housekeeping
• Promoting CDAC programmes and recruiting participants
• Preparing rooms and materials for activities
• Following up on attendance and absentees
• Preparing incident reports as needed
• Handling walk-in donations
Work Schedule
This position is for a 23-hour work week, including weekends, at CDAC@ Tanjong Katong (65 Tanjong Katong Road S436957)
Day Working Hours:
Mon: 5.00pm – 9.00pm
Tues: 5.00pm – 9.00pm
Thurs: 5.00pm – 9.00pm
Fri: 5.00pm – 9.00pm
Sat: 8.15am – 5.00pm
Technical Skills:
1. Proficient in serving English and Mandarin-speaking clients.
2. Competent in Microsoft Office and email applications.
