The Job

• Provide administrative support (data entry, filing and documentation) for workshop day-to-day operations
• Coordinate with Workshop Supervisor / Manager to support for quotation creation, servicing and other package price list to be updated within the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) .
• Finalize customer registration details in the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP)
• Liaise with other business units to keep fleet listing updated
• Coordinate with Customer Service Advisor on appointment bookings and workshop scheduling
• Provide administrative support on accident reporting
• Liaising with customers, vendors, suppliers & partners where required

Requirements

• Bilingual (Mandarin and English) to liaise with Chinese based client

Core Responsibilities:

You will be trained progressively as an all-rounder in the processing and disbursement of motor loans to banks and our In-House Loans team. The products you will be managing are namely; floor stock, hire purchase and in-house loans. You will be one of the critical checkpoints in the workflow and be expected to practise strong teamwork.
