Job Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and quality front line services to patients
• Attend to patient enquiries to provide information on clinic services
• Performing all day-to-day administrative duties
• Assisting in registration, scheduling of appointments and payments for patients
• Update patient registration information and process medical records by standard operating procedures and clinic guidelines
• Perform other ad-hoc departmental tasks/activities as assigned by the management.
