• To possess minimally a NITEC qualification in office administration.
• Possess prior working experience in an administrative role.

• Familiarity in HR processes and documentation is beneficial

• Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance.
• Servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment.
• Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
• Proving technical support and training on new equipment.
• Adhering to all safety and performance regulations.
• Apply corrective actions for automatic and manual shut-downs during emergencies.
• Assist in developing production processes and in equipment installations.
• Assist in equipment set-up and commissioning for mass production processes.
• Assist to resolve facility maintenance issues.
• Follow cleanliness and safety standards while setting up equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Schedule repair and maintenance to reduce downtime during production.
• Troubleshoot process issues to maintain optimum facility performance.
