Job responsibilities:
- Providing oversea travel insurance supports with customers
- Communication with medical organizations
- Data entering on internal systems
- Making insurance claims
- Management of insurance claims documents
- Other ad-hoc and related duties when required
- Internal expense claims management
Job Requirements:
- Basic PC skill is required
- At least 2-3 years of experience in administrative work
- Advanced level of English to communicate with local coworkers, medical organizations, and some local customers
- Business level of Japanese to communicate with clients calling from Japan
- Attentive and willing to do office work
- Cooperative with other members and hospitality for customer support
