Responsibilities:
Monitor, maintain and order office supplies and equipment but not limited to Stationaries, Groceries, Medications, Pantry items, ..
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, maintain and order office supplies and equipment but not limited to Stationaries, Groceries, Medications, Pantry items, toner
- Monitor and maintenance of existing office facility and equipment
- Vendor management such as but not limited to cleaning, pest control, planter and servicing company
- Source for items and comparison of quotations
- Ensure related items have been invoiced and liaise with Finance for payment
- Assist in office main tenant and building management matters (e.g. fire drill, annual electrical shutdown, PA testing)
- Responsible for mail sorting, distribution and courier services
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- Between 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in office administration and/or General Affairs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Meticulous, organised and analytical
- Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
- Good working attitude, tactful and possess excellent communication skills
