Contract Duration: 12 months
Working Location: City Hall MRT
Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8:30am – 6:00pm)
Job Scopes:
· Provide administrative support to the team’s corporate administrative work and division budget matters
· Preparation and consolidation of documentations for corporate administrative submission and approval clearances
· Preparation and consolidation of documentations for division budget reporting, submission, and approval clearances
· Provide executive and administrative support to a committee
· Provide operational and administrative support for committee meetings and other stakeholder engagements
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma holders in project management, finance, business administration or any other relevant fields
· Work experience in administrative and budget monitoring and reporting
