We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to management, assisting in daily office needs and managing company's general administrative activities.
Job responsibilities:
- Assist to coordinate meetings and arrange follow up on minutes and memos
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain official documents
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assists in preparation for payrolls
- Assists to monitor clinical related deadlines and any adhoc admin duties assigned by Manager
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize work.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Task oriented and trustworthy
- 5.5 working days week
