Everton Estate is a GST registered boutique Real Estate agency that consist of about 10 Real Estate agents. We are now looking for a Adminstrative Assistant to join the vibrant & fun-loving team.

The candidate should be:

The job responsibilities:

1. Case Submission: Handle cases submitted by the agents through the Sales Program

2. Monitoring of Commission: Keep a records of commission payable and collectable

3. Maintain company filing, database and records keeping

4. Arranging and scheduling appointment

5. Any other adminstrative duties that the Managing Director will add

Administrative Manager Responsibilities:

• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
• Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.
• Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
• Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
• Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
• Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
• Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
• Building and expanding on skills by engaging in educational opportunities.

Job Description

Contract Duration: 12 months

Working Location: City Hall MRT

Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8:30am – 6:00pm)

Job Scopes:

· Provide administrative support to the team’s corporate administrative work and division budget matters

· Preparation and consolidation of documentations for corporate administrative submission and approval clearances

· Preparation and consolidation of documentations for division budget reporting, submission, and approval clearances

· Provide executive and administrative support to a committee

· Provide operational and administrative support for committee meetings and other stakeholder engagements

Job Requirements

· Minimum Diploma holders in project management, finance, business administration or any other relevant fields

· Work experience in administrative and budget monitoring and reporting
