Event and Performance Support
• Assist in coordinating the logistics and planning for events and performances.
• Support the team in liaising with stakeholders, vendors, and performers
• Help with scheduling, rehearsals, and event timelines to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide on-site assistance during events, including setup, performance coordination, and breakdown.
• Help distribute and manage event-related materials, such as programs, props, and merchandise.
Administrative Assistance
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, maintaining schedules, and updating records.
• Support office operations by ensuring documents and resources are well-organized and accessible.
• Coordinate and take notes during meetings related to events and performances.
• Provide logistical support to the arts department and external partners as needed.
Other Responsibilities
• Attend meetings and follow up on instructions related to events and performances.
• Support the team in creating a seamless experience for participants, audiences, and VIPs.
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties in the office.
• Assist with event-related communication, ensuring all involved parties are informed of schedules and requirements.
