Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Answer phone calls, schedules meeting and supports visitors
- Administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning
- Assist in the preparation of regular scheduled reports
- Order office supplies & catering for staff
Skills/Requirements
- 1 year of experience in similar position
- Able to work well within Factory Office environment
- Detail-oriented & meticulous
- Good communication skills
Salary, Leave and other benefits
- $2500 - $3200
- AWS + Performance bonus
- Annual Leave - 15 days and increment up to 20 days
