What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to various parties, pertaining Purchase Orders, Deliveries, invoicing and others
Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and efficient manner
Assisting with the preparation of weekly reports, presentations, and other documents as required
Maintaining and updating deliveries schedules
Coordinating various administrative tasks which include logistics and accounting.
Performing general office duties to support the overall operations of the business
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
Adaptability and flexibility to handle a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities
