- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days AL
- Duration : Perm
- Industry : High End Luxury Watch Retailer
Responsibilities:
- Assiting in all administration and logistics duties such as marketing logistics, inventory and watch boxes
- Ensure that items are prepared for third party collection or delivery
- Coordinating with Logistics forwarders on receiveing of cargo and perform stock count according to movement
- Ensure all inventories are properly monitored and reconciled
- Ensure all shipments are properly checked against shipment invoices and to follow up with HQ if necessary
- Ensure quality control on shipments according to company guidelines and standards
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualifications in Logistics related field
- Prior experience in related logistics field
- Must be physically fit to carry items
