Responsibilities:
Ā· Procurement administrative work
Ā· Enter POs into system
Ā· Update procurement tracking records timely
Ā· Follow up for Order Acknowledgement
Ā· Follow up on POs issued for delivery status
Ā· Liaise with Logistics for any delivery/ collection arrangements
Ā· Check that goods delivered are the correct parts and quantity, and thereafter update delivery records
Ā· Timely match DOs with POs and Invoices and process to Finance for payment filing of POs and related documents
Ā· Assist to source for items/products
Ā· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager or higher
Requirements:
Ā· Min GCE O Level/ ITE
Ā· 1-2 years experience
Ā· Proficiency in MS office applications.
Ā· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ā· Effective communication and customer service skills.
Ā· Technical/Engineering knowledge would be an advantage
Ā· Able to converse in both English and Mandarin (with Chinese speaking suppliers)
Ā· Highly organised and a team player
Ā· Capability to multi-task, respond to change, and adapt accordingly
Ā· Perform duties with accuracy and with strong degree of urgency
Ā· Ability to prioritise and perform work in a timely manner
Ā· Quick learner with positive attitude
