We are hiring for our client located at the following location:
Work Location: Robinsons Road (Hybrid work arrangements)
Human Resources
● Responsible for administrative duties and daily HR operations.
● Process Monthly Payroll (system: Infotech) and timely submission of CPF, Tax Clearance IR21 & Yearly IR8A.
● Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts, offer contracts, and employee
onboarding/offboarding materials.
● Application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign worker passes
● Assist in staff recruitment processes, such as job postings, resume screening, and interview
coordination.
● Assist with annual salary review/appraisal and bonus exercises.
● To collect, calculate and enter data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
● Leave administration such as managing leave approvals, adjustments, cancellations and
crediting of Off-in-Lieu etc
● Processing of Government Bodies' claims such as Maternity claims, Childcare leave claims,
WICA Insurance claims, etc.
● Liaise with insurers on WICA renewals
Administration
● Coordinate with shopping malls about shop renovation documents submission and prepare
new shop opening relevant documents.
● Liaise with insurers on fire insurance renewals
● Proper filing system
● Organise and schedule meetings, taking of meeting minutes
● Invoicing to clients and ensuring timely payment
● Filing invoices from supplier, tallying with records
● Assisting outlet managers with monthly P&L statement, check and correct
● Administrative documentation
● Coordinating and scheduling outlet teams
Basic Requirements
● Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant
studies.
● Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in administration and HR fields.
● Familiar with MS Office application, Word, Excel, etc.
● Familiar with Singapore’s Employment Ordinance.
● Able to converse and write in English and Mandarin.
Skills & Abilities
● Good interpersonal and communication skills.
● Candidates with accounting experience will be an added advantage.
● Able to multi-task and is a team player.
● A self-motivated, self-driven, independent.
