• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• General admin duties, including answering phone calls.
• Data entry and invoicing.
• Scanning, typing, and filing documents.
• Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Any other task as assigned by the Superior.

Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Personal Assistant cum Admin Executive to be part of their Administrative team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West – easily accessible.

The Admin Executive's responsibles are:

• Responsible in providing administrative support in database system.
• Make sure the accuracy of timesheet and attendance record.
• Handle general administrative duties.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma and above
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in database system administrative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet parents, students and visitors at the school.
• Provide proper information about school fees and programs.
• Manage students' information.
• Issue invoices, collect school fees and issue receipts.
• Purchase items from suppliers for capital expenditures, kitchen, stationery, events, etc.
• Prepare Expenditure Requisition Forms and obtain price quotations from suppliers.

• Responsible for proper storage of stationery and uniforms
• Perform general clerical duties.
• Support operational workflow.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ levels.
• At least 2 years experience in an administrative role
• Good interpersonal skills, able to relate to people from different culture and languages.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently, multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
• Proficient in MSOffice Applications
