1. Role Description:

2. Specific Responsibilities
To primarily assist on administrative functions, which would include:
a) preparing insurance forms and agreements accurately
b) scanning, filing and printing of documents
c) maintain customer database
d) assist in preparation of payments to insurers and clients
e) liaising with insurance companies and clients on documentation matters
f) coordinating the execution of documents with clients
g) generate invoices and receipts for clients
h) Assist with other administrative or ad-hoc matters when requested
3. Competencies
a) Active participation in administrative process, including developing goals, objectives and processes
b) How to engage colleagues and clients professionally
c) Gain experience with database management and record keeping
4. Duration of Attachment Offered
6 Months with permanent position offered if performance is satisfactory
