Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor degree holder.
• Must have minimum 5 years of experience in database administration.
• Hands on experience on Backup and Recovery, Oracle RAC, DG, Replication, SQL
• Able to multitask
• Good communication skills

• Supporting office manager as necessary
• Arranging daily food deliveries with caterers and suppliers
• Ensure pantry is well-stocked and organized
• Point of contact for multiple external suppliers to maintain office's physical environment (Engineers, building management, electricians etc)
• Processing of inbound/ outbound mail to Singapore office, distributing to employees and arranging local and international carriers
• Greeting visitors and coordinating in-person or virtual meetings
• Planning of office events in Singapore
• Submitting office expenses
• Negotiation of contracts with external vendors and liaising with internal stakeholders
• Managing multiple internal systems and processes, completing data entry to ensure accurate collation of information to senior management.
• Supporting HR with the onboarding/offboarding process by helping schedule interviews, orientations, and desk arrangements
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience supporting headcount of at least 200
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently

Job Description:

• Source/publish tender or quotation opportunities.
• Manage the submission of tender or quotation.
• Review/check tender documents & contract terms and conditions prior to submission.
• Review/check letter of awards (LOAs) and contracts.
• Maintain tender/quotation and contract extension in the tender tracking system.
• Handle post-tender queries and correspondence.
• Respond to all inquiries from customer and clients in a customer service orientated manner.
• Provide admin support when necessary. E.g. Filing, data entry, retrieval of documents, or any other duties and tasks assigned.
• Ensure strict adherence and compliance to ISO and ISMS procedures.
