• Assist in Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports and provide updates on sales metrics.
• Handle Inquiries and Correspondence: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product and order details, and assist with issue resolution.
• Sales Support: Provide administrative support, including scheduling, presentations, and sales forecasting.
• Coordinate Sales Events: Organize and manage logistics for sales events and trade shows.
• Maintain Customer Relations: Build relationships, follow up with customers, and identify upsell opportunities
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Min 2 years' of related work experience is preferred
• 5 days work week (Monday to Friday, 9am-6.30pm)
• Location: Clarke Quay
• Salary: Up to $3500
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
