Your responsibilities will include:

· Handling and directly liaising with new and existing clients covering both general insurance and corporate solution businesses

· Liaising with various Insurers to prepare insurance quote to client's enquiry

· Prepare insurance renewals, endorsement processing and handle claim enquiry

· Engagement with underwriters regularly

· Coordination of agent’s commission reimbursement

· To process new insurance proposals accordingly

· Support a customer request end to end

· Perform policy reviews, assess, and make sound judgement

· Provide support and services to Financial Consultants on General insurance matters

· Provide administrative support and tasks as assigned

· Be involved in ad-hoc projects

Technical skills

· Proficient in English (speaking and writing)

· 2-3 years of admin and customer service experience

· Insurance industry and product knowledge/experience preferred but not necessary

· General skills on Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

· Diploma in any discipline

· Marketing experience preferred

Soft skills

· Creative problem solving and decision-making skills

· Customer oriented

· Good multi-tasking and stakeholder management skills - dealing with clients, supervisors, and team of advisors

About the client:

Our client is a Multi-National IT Services Management Company.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day administration of Backup environment, daily failure monitoring, reporting using OpsCenter.
• Day-to-day administration of storage, including monitoring the Storage ticket queues, Storage Provisioning, SAN/NAS connectivity issues, storage hardware and software issues, storage device performance monitoring, storage sizing, storage integration with systems.
• Put in place measures and collect metrics and produce reports for discussion with the end user groups in terms of the health of the environment.

Requirements:

• Around 4 years of strong storage administration experience in a Production environment in a medium to large company with in-depth knowledge of Veritas Netbackup, SAN, NAS and Azure Cloud
• Experience with Veritas Netbackup is Mandatory.
• Working experience on CISCO MDS or Brocade Director class SAN switches
• Cloud certification is desirable - preferably Azure.
• Experience with Netapp CVOs and on-prem FAS series is highly desirable.
