We are currently recruiting a Platform Administrator to maintain and support ICC Academy’s applications. You will work with the organisation's most critical systems, services, and data and develop a deep understanding for organisational processes, rules and corresponding data flows and system impacts.

The role

· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned platforms. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to propose comprehensive technical solutions. Ensure vendors meet contractual obligations for successful project delivery.

· Configure and administer the LMS platform to meet model requirements, and manage integrations with other related platforms (e-commerce, proctoring, certification, etc.).

· Provide application support, liaising with users and application vendors to resolve incidents and restore service.

· Analyse, investigate, programme, test, and maintain IT applications using SQL scripts or other software tools.

· Ensure proper and timely documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up of incidents and requests.

· Determine and oversee timeframes for major IT projects, including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages.

Your profile

· Have at least two years of comprehensive software development experience, including implementation and support.
