Job Description:

We are on the lookout for an energetic and organized Gym Administrator to become a part of the RD Fitness family. This role is pivotal in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the seamless operation of our gym's administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk duties, including welcoming members, handling phone inquiries, and responding to emails.
• Oversee membership processes such as sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
• Organize and manage class schedules and bookings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records.
• Handle financial transactions and manage billing issues.
• Coordinate gym events and promotional activities.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the gym facilities.
• Collaborate with gym staff and trainers to address member needs and feedback.
• Oversee the inventory of gym supplies and equipment.
• Generate regular reports on gym operations and performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a fitness-related environment.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Organizational and time management expertise.
• Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and gym management systems.
