Job Responsibilities (non-exhaustive):

• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders
• Assist in payment collection from clients
• Prepare internal documents: credit notes, adjustment forms, write-off forms, manual delivery orders
• Administer Advance Invoice Back Orders (AIBO) duties
• Update (i) Stock listings (backlogs & storage facilities) (ii) Business Partners record (ii) Catalogues
• Coordinate with different departments to complete tasks
• Keep up to date with sales campaigns and offers
• Support storage billing on quarterly basis
• Support sales campaigns and/or wine events
• E-Commerce administration (sales leads, queries, inventory loading)
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to Superior/Director

Job Prerequisites:

• Experience in sales administration
• Knowledge in MS Excel: pivot table and V/H lookup
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Good account management – Monitor & collect payment promptly.
• Customer service oriented
• Professional attitude: Integrity, dependability and reliability.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, especially in Excel)
• Wine and/or Sales support experience is a bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide sales support to the sales team in administrative area
• Support sales persons in back-office tasks (tenders, orders, quotations, documents and CRM) and customer inquiries
• Prepare and tabulate daily/ weekly / monthly sales reports for the sales team and MD
• Monitor inventory movement vs sales forecast and update into the system
• Customer relationship management
• Support in organizing customer visits, meetings etc.
• Gather feedback from customers and report to the sales team
• Work with the other depts to enhance the customer service support
• Assist in other ad-hoc assigned duties

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Business, Supply Chain or any relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a sales admin
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Customer service oriented with good communication skills
• Able to multi-task and able to be delegated and taking instructions well

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a proactive Network Administrator to work closely with international teams to provide network support.

• Perform L1/L2 support for network infrastructure and network security;
• Manage network solutions, including routers, switches, servers, and other network security solutions;
• Ensure that internal SLAs are met;
• Work closely with internal and external teams, ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with specifications and within budget;
• Support SD-WAN deployments;
• Administer and manage network security solutions, performing maintenance and upgrades on networks as necessary;
• Prepare performance-related reports as necessary;
• Manage and update documentation as required.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline;
• Hands-on experience working with network and network security solutions;
• Experience working with SD-WAN deployments;
• Excellent knowledge of network technologies;
• Knowledge of system and network security;
• Analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and find solutions;
• Good communication skills;
• Sense of responsibility and accountability.
