HR Operations:

• Manage and maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding of new hires.
• Process work passes (e.g., EP, SP, WP) applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Handle employee on/offboarding, including exit interviews and clearance.
• Contract Management
• Coordinate and manage Learning and Development activities, including training records, schedules, and evaluations

Payroll & Benefits Administration:

• Support monthly payroll processing, including tracking attendance, overtime, and leave records via HRIS
• Administer employee benefits such as medical claims, insurance coverage, and statutory contributions (CPF, SDL, etc.).

HR Policies & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to Singapore labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain and update HR policies, handbooks, and guidelines as necessary.

Employee Engagement & Support:

• Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.
• Support company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.

General Administrative Duties:

• Assist in general office administration, such as procurement of supplies and maintenance of office facilities.
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to the HR team and other departments (i.e. Exhibition, Sourcing of Gifts)

Responsible for managing, monitoring, securing, and optimizing database systems, including overseeing migrations, backups, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and enforcing security standards to ensure data integrity and system reliability.

• Lead and provide technical advice to junior database administrators.
• Technical lead and mentor to junior database administrators.
• Lead and manage database changes through change request process & provide status reports to the relevant parties.

• Lead in the implementation of service continuity measures, i.e., backup/restore procedures & disaster recovery plan, to ensure continuous operation of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead in-house database implementation (both in cloud and on-premise).
• Manage small to medium-scale projects and vendors (e.g. AWS and Microsoft).
• Responsible for preparing tender specifications, evaluation and implementation of the outsourced systems.
• Participate in database (DB), database firewall (DB) and data warehouse (DWH) related matters or projects, including but not limited to:

• Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or IT.
• For Mid-Senior level at least 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in enterprise cloud and on-premise database and data warehouse implementation and administration.
• For Junior level less than 2 years of relevant work experience in enterprise cloud and on-premise database and data warehouse implementation and administration.
• Recent graduates with the relevant qualifications or certifications are welcomed to apply.
• Well versed in both cloud (e.g. AWS, Azure) and on-premise enterprise database, database firewall, data warehouse technologies, configuration and administration.
• Proficient in database installation, upgrade, maintenance, performance tuning and troubleshooting of MS SQL Server and / or MYSQL.
• Experience in MS SQL Server is strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of Windows, database backup and recovery (Symantec NetBackup), cluster-failover technologies (Microsoft Cluster, SQL Server AlwaysOn).
• Experience in Database Firewall or SAP Basis administration will be advantageous.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Education:

• Diploma in Facilities Management or
