KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Footwear and Apparel Sales & Key Account Management

• Achieve Net Sales and Gross Margin targets for Key accounts, based on the directional plans for each account
• Develop strategic alliances with Accounts to drive band share of their businesses, relationship development is a focus
• Ensure rolling business & Marketing plans are built for each key account
• Manage the sales of key accounts and provide supporting function to operations and marketing to deliver to plan
• Manage the brand segmentation between the accounts and ensure business operates profitably and ensure this leads to brand building strategies
• Liaise with commercial and merchandise managers to ensure that merchandise and sales strategies align with the account objectives
• Work with regional & local managers to ensure key accounts receive professional product presentations for all categories of business and the relevant support is provided
• Conduct monthly reviews and quarterly seasonal business review meetings with accounts.
