As the Human Resource Manager, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do, keen to learn, grow and develop with the business. Your duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, and talent management. This role also oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR including talent acquisitions, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff welfare and training including payroll.
• Talent acquisitions include end to end recruitment and selection process for both local and remote teams including arrange for interview and collaborate with department heads to understand the skills and competencies required for openings.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practice.
• Implementing performance appraisals, training and feedback across the agency in line with local/regional HR standards.

Requirements:-

• Minimum Degree in Human Resources or related field with at least 3 years of HR Manager experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors.

· Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and other key stakeholders.

· Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.

· Identify and procure all necessary resources to complete the project within budget and on schedule.

· Manage day-to-day project activities and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise.

· Monitor project progress and performance against established metrics and KPIs.

· Prepare regular project status reports and share them with all relevant stakeholders.

· Facilitate communication and collaboration among all project team members.

· Anticipate and mitigate risks that could impact project success.

· Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations.

· Coordinate with external partners and suppliers as needed.

· Close out the project according to established procedures and hand off all project documentation to the client.

Skill Requirement

· Negotiating contracts with vendors, including prices and terms of payment

· Monitoring project performance and ensuring that the project is completed according to the agreed upon schedule and within budget guidelines.

· Managing all aspects of the project, such as selecting contractors, obtaining permits, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

· Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure compliance with building codes.

· Scheduling work crews, ordering materials, and tracking progress daily.

· Managing relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the life of the project.

· Working with clients to determine their needs, designing custom solutions, and estimating costs.

· Reviewing engineering plans and conducting inspections during construction to ensure compliance with building codes and specifications.

· Communicating regularly with clients on project status and providing updates on any changes to the timeline or plan.

Qualifications

· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

· Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

· A minimum of 5 years’ relevant project management experience in the construction industry.

· Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access).

· Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software is preferred.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

· Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

· A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the Solar industry is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• To support the construction team for M&E engineering works.
• Planning/scheduling and coordination of M&E works.
• Project coordination, supervision, and monitoring of the progress of site work.
• Coordinate M&E engineering work and work closely with other department staff to resolve site discrepancies and technical issues.
• Oversee and ensure works are carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, materials and method statements.
• Ensure quality work in order to achieve CONQUAS and/or QM requirements
• Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and sub-contractors on M&E issues.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields. PE Board recognized degree is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Preferably with MOHH or HDB experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit or BIM software.

Overall IT PM for the program.
IT Delivery leader for the program - Working with Front Office, Operations, Finance and Technology stakeholders for the target architecture
implementation
Prepare, maintain and manage project plan, delivery coordination and governance
Coordinating with other IT teams, front office, operations and finance stakeholders to ensure onboarding, capacity planning and securing the
deliveries
Test management for the front to finance chain
Stakeholder management, running program governances, Steering committees, regular operational and working committees

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Ability to understand transversal architecture in a Capital Markets context
Basic technical analysis skills on systems interfacing, identify gaps and propose resolutions
Knowledge on Trade life cycle
Ability to work with stakeholders across geographies
Previous experience in working in Matrix organizations

Specific Qualifications (required)
Strong functional PM with Global Markets experience – Exposure to Equity Derivatives Trade Processing Systems implementation would be a key
criteriaTransversal front to back project implementation experience – Exposure of referential, trade booking, settlement, Reporting, Regulatory reporting,
accounting, group reporting chains
PM expertise managing large transversal IT programs ? 2-3 Mi euros in budget is mandatory
