Responsibilities

• The brand’s custodian to develop GTM strategies and winning 360 campaigns with a focus on outreach and achieving sales targets
• Develop key marketing messages in positioning the brand for differentiation; lead the creative content work from copywriting, packaging, design creative brief, photo shoot and video planning, product presentation decks to digital marketing & sales platform management (e.g. Website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Shopee etc)
• Gather business intelligence information such as market trends and industry players’ strategies and activities to provide recommendations for brand development, new product launches, new packaging, price setting etc
• Marketing budget management to maximise gains and reduce costs
• Liaise with external counterparts such as Public Relations agencies, media, influencers, vendors and suppliers
• Conduct Brand and Product Training for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Marketing, with at least 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing / Trade Marketing / Brand Management for F&B / FMCG / Hospitality industry
• Prior working experience on managing multiple ecommerce (sales) channels would be an added advantage
• Strong business acumen with proven project management skills
