Job Description:

• Stay updated on regulatory developments and disseminate relevant updates to ensure business units and departments are well-informed of the latest changes.
• Continuously review and maintain the regulatory obligation register, ensuring controls are in place to address new and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) investigations, ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
• Manage ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in compliance within the Fintech or banking sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Legal or equivalent work experience.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to work proactively and independently in a dynamic environment.

Job Description & Requirements

General Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all outlets, ensure the smooth operations of the business by identifying issues, and resolving them in timely manner.
• Manage multiple outlets and teams and ensure that all outlets are being operated efficiently and effectively
• Shortlist & interview candidates. Propose assignment of outlets and conduct in house training for staff
• Review preventive and maintenance care by staff, supervise the equipment warranty records.
• Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews
• Adhere to company standard and service level, recommend cost cutting measures and monitoring of manpower cost
• Implement Processes & workflow on the profitability and operating condition of the company, identity areas to improve quality, control measures, efficient and productivity
• Monitor employee performance and participate in annual employee Performance bonus
• Requirements:
• Restaurant operations management: 2 years (Preferred)
• The incumbent is expected to have proven track record and work experience in a similar capacity. He / She should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be energetic, proactive, self-driven and highly motivated in the driving of business for the restaurant. Good interpersonal skills and computer skills in Word and Excel would be essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with the employees, customers and regulatory authorities

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily project activities, including installations and collaboration with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project schedules, track progress, and resolve issues to ensure timely completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules by analyzing plans, estimating timelines, and sequencing tasks.
• Guide drafters in preparing installation plans, piping layouts, isometric drawings, and detailed mechanical designs.
• Review project designs and specifications, manage plan changes, and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Verify safety documents and issue work permits to contractors as required.
• Assist in preparing tender documentation, procurement specifications, and bills of quantity.
• Provide regular project updates through reports and meetings, highlighting progress and recommending actions.
• Manage vendors and suppliers during commissioning and testing phases.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards on-site while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Support budget preparation, cost estimation, and resource allocation for projects.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and maintain records.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Engineering related field.
• Strong knowledge of process piping and equipment installation

Responsibilities

· Oversee daily operations of the Finance Department for Singapore and Malaysia

· Assist in managing cash flow

· Manage full set of accounts

· Review accounts payable entries and approve payments and reimbursements

· Monitor accounts receivable aging and ensure timely collections

· Prepare monthly management reports promptly

· Develop yearly forecasts and budgets

· Calculate monthly payroll and staff performance

· Review and file GST returns and SST returns

· Apply the business grant from government

· Prepare tax and audit schedules for specific accounts

· Coordinate with external auditors and insurance agents for annual audits and insurance renewals

· Perform any assigned ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

· Degree in Accountancy and/or professional qualification.

· At least 5-7 years of experience with 3 years in managerial experience.

· Candidate with experience in supporting and leading system implementation is advantageous.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong in Microsoft Office application skills, Excel, PowerPoint, Word

· Independent and able to work as a team player.
