Job Summary

This position supports global and local marketing campaigns by implementing digital sales, marketing, and logistics strategies across all of Bacha Coffee’s online marketplaces. The objectives include driving net sales while maintaining luxury market positioning. This role requires understanding of online marketplace platforms, branding, digital marketing, performance marketing, and knowledge of online luxury retail and digital platforms.

Primary Relationships

The position reports to the eCommerce Manager.

Within the organisation, this position will assist with the conception of campaigns, and management of online marketplaces, and has primary working relationships with the Design, PR, Marketing, Social, Operations, IT and Warehouse teams, as well as staff with similar roles within partner and franchise organisations.

Outside the organisation, the position coordinates primarily with vendors and service providers (enablers, advertising etc.) as well as customers from online marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of creative marketing plans aligned with the corporate strategy and brand image, across multiple marketplace platforms.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external teams including design, marketing, PR, social, to develop and implement marketplace related collaterals and plans.
• Maintain and develop good relationships with marketplace partners and stakeholders through regular contact.
• Manage project timelines of each marketplace campaign and new marketplace launches
• Ensuring marketing standards in each marketplace are adhered to and that marketing/design guidelines are respected by partners and marketplaces
• Working closely with the digital warehouse team and supporting the team on order fulfilment for self-run marketplaces
• Handling day to day paperwork and liaising with Finance, Warehousing, 3rd party couriers
• Assist in shipment tracking to ensure flow in self-run marketplaces
• Providing support to all internal teams in relation to relevant marketplaces
• Updating internal stakeholders, local and international marketing databases on a needs basis
• Continuously monitor, conduct regular reporting and data analysis to understand specific marketplace performance, identifying areas for improvements and optimisations.
• Stay updated, and sharing market trends, best practices and innovations, proposing ideas and initiatives and new marketplace potentials

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce or a related field
• 2 – 4 years of proven experience in marketplace management, with track record of success in driving gross merchandise value GMV growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent command of English
• Proficiency in a second language is preferred.
• Meticulous, adaptable, creative thinker who can work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of online marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Tmall, Lazada etc., including tools, technologies and best practices.
• Results-driven and able to work under pressure
• Experience working in the luxury industry would be a plus
• Problem solver, with strong time and project management skills
• Positive character who is able to pivot across multiple tasks

The Requirement

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in an architectural practice with a variety of project experience
• Polytechnic Architectural Diploma or equivalent

Requirements:

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and standards such as TS16949 and VDA 6.3.
• Experience collaborating with counterparts in China/Taiwan.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel frequently and be based in China and Vietnam for at least 10 months per year (separate living accommodations provided). The role includes annual 4 round-trip tickets back to Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the on-site management of end-to-end module construction, network construction, cabinet transformation, removal and sporadic wiring projects, communication and coordination with the TPM team and the local operation and maintenance team to ensure the project is delivered on schedule.

2. Responsible for the progress inspection and feedback of IDC on-site civil engineering and infrastructure according to the requirements of TPM.

3. Scope of work, with a single territory as the management scope, including but not limited to preliminary project survey, coordination of logistics arrival, management of on-site wiring and network integration, to ensure the overall delivery timeliness and quality of the project, and to assume a certain length of engineering follow-up role during the project.

4. Work location and time, responsible for the project construction management of all computer room sites in the area, working hours are mainly 5*8, in some cases, short-term overtime is required due to project needs or emergencies.

5. On-the-job training, 3-6 months of on-job training after joining the company, and then cooperate with TPM to be responsible for the delivery of all projects in the territory.

Ability requirements

1. Good communication and problem-solving skills

2. More than 3 years of experience in data center construction or on-site operation and maintenance, those with experience in data center are preferred

3. Project management experience, PMP and other similar certificates are preferred

4. IT background, familiar with network architecture, servers and optical fiber are preferred

5. Fluent in English and Chinese, and fluent in local languages are preferred

6. Can accept commuting to multiple sites in the same area, and local driver's license is preferred

First things first, your chief concern is to ensure a safer and more comfortable work environment to work in and visit. Part of the checklist you will run through are to plan and execute all preparations needed for meetings and conferences with clients and VIP visits. Likewise, the building condition and housekeeping all fall into your realm.

Being dedicated to great results

You should be mobile and capable of working anywhere because you will perform daily check-ins around the building and lobby to ensure high housekeeping standards. You’ll also see to it that both the building’s interior and exterior are well-maintained. Whatever mix-ups or jams that you spot, you should be quick to figure out the best repairs. Your input and ideas will be sought to help steer the team in directions that help make the facility perform at its best. A typical day for you also involves contact with vendors—reviewing their services and coordinating with them for the resolution of any service issues.

Promoting client satisfaction

In this role, you’ll build and maintain positive tenant relationships by providing excellent customer services that follow key performance indicators agreed by the client and the company. You’ll also handle client/tenant queries, attend meetings and coordinate with the local authorities as required.

You’ll be working frequently with tenants, so you’ll need to build strong relationships with them. Likewise, you’ll need to be proactive and engaging; and make sure that the tenants’ expectations are met each time. Also, ensure tenants fitout works are carried out in accordance to house rules as well as ensuring proper handing and taking over of premises for incoming / outgoing tenants

Shaping a system of best practices

In this role, you’ll take on difficult issues and seek out opportunities to improve operations. You’ll also be constantly in tune with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements.
