Job Role Description:

• Assist Head, SDO in preparation of SDO progress reports to EnterpriseSG, the Singapore Standards Council and ERI@N management.
• Assist Head, SDO in audits concerning the operations and financial issues of the SDO.

Job Requirements:

Competencies and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Computer Science / Mathematics/ Physics
• Min. Years of Experience: 3 years for project manager.
• Entry level candidates are welcomed to apply but will receive title of Project Officer.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) will be an advantage
• Working Knowledge in Agile Project Delivery
• Working Knowledge in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Power point, SharePoint
• Experience within the utility or energy and power system industry is a strong advantage
• Excellent Stakeholder management

Added advantage:

• Experience in adopting or implementing standards
• Experience in Interactive Project Management tools like Click up, JIRA.
• Experience in document management tools like SharePoint
• Experience in R&D cross-functional New Product/Technology Introduction (NPI/NTI) programs & commercialization

Other Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An effective and efficient team player with good attitude and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated for documentation maintenance and management
