Overview

As part of our continued business expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive

business growth and customer satisfaction in the local Singapore market, with a specific focus in the

analgesic and FMCG industries.

In this role, you are required to identify opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction,

develop account strategies to meet sales targets, identify product placement opportunities, analyse

market trends and conducting in-depth market research to identify potential growth opportunities,

collaborating with sales and marketing team on promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement key account strategies for key customers based on thorough

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in key account management, proven track record within the

FMCG industry, preferred focus on the analgesic market.
Experience with Modern Trade - Pharmacy channel clients will be an advantage, travel retail,

supermarkets, convenience stores.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager specializing in consolidation to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of consolidated financial statements, managing intercompany transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments and regions.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting:
  Prepare and oversee the consolidation of financial statements in compliance with SFRS.
• Intercompany Transactions:
  Manage and reconcile intercompany balances and transactions, ensuring accurate eliminations.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
  Collaborate with departments to develop and monitor budgets, and prepare consolidated forecasts.
• Internal Management Reporting:
  Provide detailed internal reports on consolidated financial performance, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Audit Coordination:
  Work closely with external auditors to facilitate the audit process and address any issues related to consolidated financial statements.
• Process Improvement:
  Implement efficient and effective consolidation processes and systems.
• Compliance and Governance:
  Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain governance over financial master data.
• Business Law and Contract Review:
  Possess basic knowledge of business law to review and provide input on simple contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial consolidation and reporting, preferably for multiple entities or groups of companies.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software, preferably in S4 HANA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

To lead, manage and motivate a team of production workforce & highly productive workshops operations (both internal & sites depots)

Interacting and act as a bridge for communicating and communication for both levels up and across all departments and divisions of LexBuild.

Working together and assist the senior management and other division heads to strategize development and execution planning.

Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual reporting and projection planning / presentation

Qualifications & Skills

• Project Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and experience managing the full project lifecycle from planning to execution. Experience with IT projects is a plus, as well as familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and certifications (PMP, PRINCE2).
• Organisational and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines, deliverables, and project scope efficiently.
• Stakeholder Management and Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and manage expectations with stakeholders at all levels.

• 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in a transformation or technology-driven environment.

2) Checking and Submission of Project Schedule, Material Approval, Variation Order, Shop Drawing, As

Built Drawing, Operation & Maintenance Manual, etc to client, consultant.

3) Project Management – To lead a team of site manager, engineers, supervisors, contractors to complete

given projects within timeframe and accordance to client’s requirements.

4) Budget Control – To set up budgetary for the given project and ensure the cash flows of the particular

project is in order and within budget.

5) Attend Client Meeting, Progress Meeting, Consultant Meeting, Design Meeting & etc.

6) Attend Board of Management Meeting to report progress of Operation Department.

7) Planning of staff allocation & welfare of staff.

8) Liaise with Client, Architect, Consultant, Authority, Contractor & etc to ensure work progress

smoothly.

9) Monitor and to ensure compliance with the ISO standards, building regulations and other relevant

legislation.

10) Project tendering (Assist for tender project, attend tender meeting and liaise with client & consultant)
