Job Responsibilities The current role available in the deal screening team focuses particularly on reviewing deals originated by the regional branches in the Asia-Pacific region. This role will support branches by examining the deal profitability and alignment with the customer account plan with the aim of improving Asia-Pacific regional profitability. Job scope includes: Coordinating with branches to screen deals originating from Asia-Pacific region. Analyse deals based on credit risk, exposure, stand-alone and group profitability (before/after the deal), rationale of the ancillary business, alignment of the account plan, RWA/EXP amount and its control plan, utilization of the existing facility, etc. In consultation with senior members of deal screening team to select deals for deal screening sessions with Managing Director(s) of Asia-Pacific Corporate Banking Department. Collaborating with senior members of Asia-Pacific Corporate Banking Department for credit and deal execution support. Co-working with front office in regional offices to help improve analytical skills/knowledge by sharing best practices and replicating successful cases by regional branches. Job Requirements A Bachelor degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent in the similar field. Minimum 3 years of working experiences in corporate finance for AVP role. Experiences as a credit analyst or front office RM would be an advantage. Fresh graduates with strong interest in this field will be considered for more junior position. Good knowledge of relevant credit products and portfolio management. Good people engagement and leadership skills. Self-motivated and able to multi-task to manage timelines. Team player.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare term sheet, pitchbook and structure credit facilities to pitch for syndicated loan mandates. Conduct market analysis to support underwriting, distribution and secondary sell-down off syndicated loans. Handle financial institutions, government-linked companies and large corporates within Southeast Asia, Australia and India. Experience in the entire credit process from deal origination up to conclusion, including documentation. Manage and execute loan syndication transactions, including origination/negotiations, sell-downs, documentation and financial closing. Establish good relationships with clients, banks, insurance companies and non-bank financial institutions. REQUIREMENTS: Possess relevant experience in originating syndicated loans within Southeast Asia. Sound credit analysis skills, loan documentation and negotiation skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: Review risk policies/guidelines/procedures and develop governance and management processes, including limit setting, methodology and assumption reviews that commensurate to the Bank's risk appetite. Perform risk control functions, including daily report preparation, daily P&L and risk limit monitoring and investigate of limit warning/excess, proactively evaluate and analyze Market and ALM risk exposures and escalate to HO and/or Senior Management promptly when necessary. Conduct forward looking risk assessment such as market and liquidity risks stress testing and review the assumptions and scenarios. Involve in risk assessment and system enhancement arising from new product program, system upgrade/migration or others. Play as a middle office role to support and attend query from Business Units including address concern raised by Head Office, internal/external auditors and regulators. Ensure utmost compliance to regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies/guidelines/procedures at all times from risk assessment perspective. Familiar with updated regulatory requirements and strong knowledge of financial products across asset classes and market practice. Strong understanding of derivatives pricing models and various risk measures. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Experienced in liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. • Assist in managing the Finance team and overseeing its daily operations
• Prepare monthly closing, financial statements and management reports timely and accurately
• Prepare and coordinate annual audit and budget planning
