We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Marketing and Operations Manager to lead our operations while also contributing to our mission by coaching swimming lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Operations

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the swimming school and its programs.
• Manage social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and community outreach.
• Coordinate scheduling of classes, events, and instructor assignments.
• Oversee daily operations, including ensuring pool maintenance, compliance with safety regulations, and inventory management.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and enrollment processes.

Coaching

• If required, candidate will conduct swimming lessons for students of various age groups and abilities.
• Tailor lessons to individual and group needs, fostering a positive learning experience.
• Ensure the safety of all participants by following water safety protocols.
• Track and report on students' progress to parents and guardians.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for teaching swimming and working with individuals of all ages.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Experience coaching or teaching children, including those with special needs.
• Expereince With competitive swimming in the past
• Proficiency in creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or scheduling software.
