• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential customers in Singapore.

• Update sales opportunity information accurately and regularly into Rotork sales management system (CE) ensuring accurate reporting and order input forecasting.
• Educate, coach and mentor others to effectively and confidently sell all Service products.
• Work in partnership with end markets sales team to target and access new markets and customers.
• Carry out sales activity with customers including site surveys, sales support, contract negotiation, product presentations and seminars.
• Provide insights into market trends, competition and customers’ needs.
• Be prepared to travel as needed (national and international) to achieve the sales targets and growth opportunities in the country

Job Description:

• Manage document control process for Quality Management Systems in compliance with ISO13485, GDPMDS and any other standards as appropriate
• Assists in meeting the company’s objectives and sales goals by your effort in implementing smooth workflows and processes to have a highly efficient and functional sales support operation
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and working practices
• Prepare supporting documents for submissions to local and/or overseas health authorities for new product registration
• Responsible for regulatory and product licensing-related activities.
• Support (internal & external) audits to ensure that regulatory and quality requirements have been met
• Assist sales team in discussion with clients on regulatory matters
• Such other responsibilities as required and instructed by your superior and the management
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous activities in a rapidly changing environment

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma holder, preferably in Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or Pharmacology
• Fluent English; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal skills to frequently work with colleagues and team members, and advise others on compliance and regulatory matters

We are seeking a highly motivated, independent professional to join our risk management team. As part of the risk management team, you will be a key team member managing the firm’s risk and regulatory compliance matters which include but not limited to business, financial and security.

Responsibilities

Staff Independence

• Manage and organise annual declaration of independence for staff
• Conduct annual independence testing
• Checking of independence for new joiners

Advisory

• Attend to day-to-day queries relating to client onboarding and continuance, independence, and anti-money laundering
• Review basic legal documents such as engagement letters and non-disclosure agreements
• Update firm’s policies based on regulatory changes

General Compliance

• Carry out annual and regular testing to ensure compliance to firm’s policies
• Organise information for reporting to the group and regulators
• Organise and prepare information for internal testing and regulatory inspections
• Organise, facilitate and deliver risk management related training

Other ad hoc duties as and may be assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Business or relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in an international public accounting firm. Audit experience would be preferred.
• Possess keen interest in the international development of risk management policies with a good understanding of regulatory compliance.
• Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, auditing standards and accounting principles
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Curious and motivated, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Assist with basic accounting tasks, including recording transactions, preparing simple financial reports, and supporting audits
• Expense-related tasks

• Distribution of overseas-related information
• Routine reporting (e.g., daily reports)

Job Requirement

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and audits.
• Experience in administrative and secretarial work
• Knowledge and practical experience in expense management, general affairs, and administrative support
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work smoothly with other departments and external stakeholders
• High accuracy in administrative tasks and strong time management skills
• Experience in banking or the financial sector is a plus (not required)
• Japanese language skills is required to communicate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
