Job Description
This is a management role that reports to the CEO and COO; supports all the group companies in the following:
- Analyzing risk methodology change requirements
- Develop functional specifications document
- Develop and execute testing plans, identify
- Cooperate with IT on test defects resolutions
- Provide up-to-date status report throughout the release cycle
- Oversee and co-ordinate adhoc impact analysis requests
- Assist with training and business process organization of a newly established team
- Requirements gathering - Document business strategies and goals
- Lead detailed analysis and design phases identifying, tracking, escalating and/or resolving business system issues
- Together with Project Manager, Application Development Manager and/or Technical Systems Analyst, determine best mix of development, interfacing applications, third party vendor solutions to meet business requirements and project objectives
- Any other duties that the Company may assign from time to time
