Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Partner closely with Operations users, Business, Tech, and external vendor consultants to deliver on the strategic platform upgrade program.
2. Provide project management support to the program on behalf of Operations, including creating and delivering project communications to multiple stakeholders, running governance calls, and preparing presentation materials/decks for committee meetings.

About the role
