As part of our system Engineering team, you play a key role in the design and development of our Inspection and Metrology machines. In your role you will work hands-on on the mechanical integration, process optimization and automation of the machine. Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to lead a multi-functional team of engineers and scientists with unique background and technical expertise through the R&D phase of product development from concept to mass production is a key requirement.
• Ability to influence other teams, manage risk, make decisions with limited amount of information, deliver against a fast-paced development schedule are key requirements.
• Able to communicate and convey ideas clearly and concisely.

• Design and tolerance analysis of highly constrained, high-volume actuators or translational mechanisms.
• Electronic circuit and system design including power and signal integrity.
• Understanding of geometric optics and image quality evaluation including test charts, algorithms, and lighting.
• Image/depth sensor design or characterization.
• Compact module manufacturing processes such as sensor attachment, flex attachment, active alignment, etc.

• Proficiency in statistical analysis, data reporting, and visualization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct site survey and prepare the drawing as per project requirements that complies to the SCDF regulations
• Perform technical assessment such as Shading analysis PVSyst simulation, consumption analysis and etc
• Prepare economics analysis, proposal and tender documents for submission
• Liaise with vendors/suppliers for price lists and up-to-date product and service information with the procurement team
• Familiarize yourself with Authority requirement and IEC standard or equivalent for renewable system installation)
• Coordinate closely with client site personnels and safety coordinators
• Liaise with other teams to gather feedback on design and costing for continuous improvement
• Produce design drawings like SLD, Panel and String Layout using AutoCAD software
• Ad hoc task assigned by the reporting officer
  

Job Requirements:

· Minimum 1-2 year working experience in Civil & Structural consultancy firm
