We’re looking for a Product Design intern to join us, in empowering people to build their long-term wealth. This is a 6-month, paid position based in SG, where you’ll embed into the design team of 3 Senior Product Designers and 1 Head of Design (all in SG).

As a PD intern at StashAway, you’ll get hands-on experience in product design end-to-end, from user research, to rough wireframe flows, to polished high-fidelity mockups, prototypes and more. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in M&E Engineering and demonstrate expertise in leading the design and coordination of M&E systems for large-scale projects. This role requires excellent technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver sustainable and innovative solutions. You will be working closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Project Location : CR101 (LTA) , Waterfront Development (RWS).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

Design and Engineering: Lead the design of M&E systems, ensuring compliance with standards, perform calculations, review drawings, and utilize CAD/BIM for optimal integration. Consultancy: Advise clients on M&E system selection, conduct feasibility studies, and ensure designs are cost-effective and sustainable. Project Management: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage design modifications, and provide on-site technical support. Sustainability: Promote energy-efficient designs, integrate renewable solutions, and introduce innovative M&E technologies. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations, conduct risk assessments, and liaise with authorities for approvals.
