Primary Responsibilities

• Interpret music or dance and perform in a production.
• Convey emotion or tell a story using body movement, vocals, or instruments.
• Audition for roles.
• Attend rehearsals and confer with other band members.
• Teach students how to perform specialized craft.
• Work with music director to fine-tune performance.
• Go on short-term or lengthy tours.
• Arrange for musical instruments or props to arrive at gigs.
• Promote music through fliers, word of mouth, social media, or interviews.
• Perform on stage in front of a live audience.
• Interpret criticism from directors.
• Memorize lines or musical notes.
• Read scripts.

Requirements

An artist must be an expert on the ins and outs of the music. Good artist do everything they can to make their clients successful. They possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, public relations skills, marketing and advertising skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills and basic computer skills. Artist managers must be friendly, independent, aggressive, and has the ability to work as part of a team.

1. Attend and respond to all customers feedback via emails, social media, phone calls, Google reviews and other channels.

3. Compile customer feedback and provide advisory to management by generating monthly dashboard data.
4. Assist to train outlet service crew on customer service.

7. Identify, investigate and deal with customer issues accordingly.
