What you will bring

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in EEE/Computer/IC design/equivalent.
• With IC/ASIC design verification experience on SOC, Ethernet, PCIe, DDR, USB, ARM CPU.
• Strong experience and debugging ability on SystemVerilog/UVM.
• Skilled in Synopsys/Cadence/Mentor Simulator and debugging flow.
• Experience on Low Power and formal verification is a plus.
• Strong in UNIX scripting with Pyhon, Perl, makefile Cshell.
• Fast learner and a good team player.
• Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for a more senior role.

What you will do:

• Provides sales support to the engineering /sales team. Conducts engineering design and processes and / or financial analysis during project development. Generates take-off plans and specifications. Develops and writes estimates or proposals. May call on potential customers as directed by sales managers.

How you will do it:

• Perform drafting, design and prepare engineering drawings (2D) and documentation as per customer’s/project requirements.
• Create electrical schematic, Design layout plans and detailed designs with AutoCAD software.
• Provide pre-sales support to Sales team, including proposal costing and attending technical clarifications
• meeting and/or presentation with customers
• Products sourcing from suppliers.
• Compilation and submission of all documentations as required as per the project requirements.
• Review customer’s technical comments and revise documentation and drawings.
• Visual Inspection and quality check on products/Systems.
• Prepare Functional Test Documents and Assist Project Operations Team on functional testing.
• Liaise and maintain good relationship with customers, subcontractors and suppliers

What we look for:

• Min. Diploma/Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
• More than 5 years’ experience in Marine Offshore Protection System with related experience.
• Good knowledge of NFPA/Marine Classification Rules & Regulations
• Familiar with Fire & Gas Detection, Vesda Systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Resourceful, results-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen
• Able to work independently and deliver results for multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Basic knowledge OT systems, such as SCADA and DCS

• Work closely with the sales team to identify and scope opportunities for the Cadence FED platform.
• Understand the Goal and Objective, then plan and execute and manage key technical evaluations by co-working proactively with existing and potential customers as well as team colleagues
• Train, ramp-up and accompany customer project.
• Conduct basic and advanced training, presentations and demos as necessary.
• Ramp-up other members of the team on the advanced FED front-end technologies and tools.
• Providing technical expertise to address clients’ queries, which need expert involvement

This position requires:

• 5+ years’ experience in digital IC implementation including logic synthesis, physical synthesis, floorplan, placement, STA signoff.
• Hands-on experience on running advanced process hierarchical, timing driven, SI prevention, low power place-and-route projects a big plus
• Familiar with logic synthesis tool (DC or Genus), P&R basic knowledge of ICC or EDI, STA (Tempus), Equivalence Checking (conformal-EC or Formality), UPF/CPF concept
• Knowledge of Linux and tcl is a must
• Good program/engagement management skills
