Role and Responsibilities

1. Experience in Dry wall, Plastering, Tiling Works, Plumbing and Electrical

2. Supervise and manage of construction workers on daily site activities

3. Produce schedules and monitor attendance of team members

4. Compliance to safe work procedures and maintain good house-keeping

5. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching

6. Ensure manpower and resources are adequate

7. Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met

8. Resolve and mitigate problems onsite

Requirements

1. Possess relevant BCA trade certificate, BCSS and etc

2. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials and equipments

3. Able to communicate to clients, management and relevant authority

4. Core-trade Supervisor will be an added advantage

THE ROLE

• Day to day site supervision
• Able to effectively understand 2D, 3D and detailed drawings
• Liase and coordinate with subcontractors for daily site work
• To prepare & submit weekly progress reports
• To manage project and ensure successful completion
• Working in team with sales designer.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• At least 2 years experience in construction/engineering/interior design related field
• Design-oriented with a keen eye for detail
• Self-starter with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent team player, independent and creative-driven
• Familiar with clear documentation and organisation of all work documents
• Able to implement top-level instructions from senior executives, and ensure professional conducts
• Diploma/Degree in construction/engineering
• Understanding designer's requirements prior to commencement of site supervision
• Familiar with structural and architectural drawings
• Familiar with BCA regulations
• Knowledge in Microsoft office and Sketchup
• Independent, Accountable.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

• Interior design: 2 years (Preferred)
• Able to work independently and in accordance to timeline provided
• Familiar with interior materials, furnishing, accessories and artwork
