• Outlet managers are responsible for company’s personnel management, beverage and foods and other services and operations.
• Monitoring to ensure a smooth running of customer service areas and satisfaction.
• The outlet manager gathers feedbacks from clients in order to make sure that satisfaction and promotion of facilities and services are adequately met.
• An outlet manager communicates with other departments in order make sure that customers’ needs are satisfied and met.
• Making sure that good handling of cash is properly followed.
• They deal with customer’s complaint and listen with some feedbacks so as to improve their services.
• The manager is responsible in recruiting team professional as well as qualified staff who is dedicated to provide great services. They organize appointments and meetings for staff, change menu and other matters related to their line of work and implement trainings for employees if needed.
• Outlet managers is to ensure safety and health standards in order to make sure that their teams have good knowledge on safe working condition.
• They checks their supplies and maintain an optimum stock level so as to meet their customer’s demand.

Job Responsibilities:

• Skilled in planning, organizing, and executing projects within budgetary and scheduling constraints.
• Maintain open communication with clients and project team members throughout each project, ensuring smooth information flow, especially during the production phase.
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring interactions are well-prepared, organized, respectful, and clear.
• Develop and manage work schedules for all projects.
• Track project progress continuously and ensure timely updates.
• Work closely with Sales, Design, and Procurement teams to facilitate seamless project execution, including supporting the Sales and Procurement teams in sourcing materials as needed.
• Conduct site surveys and ensure that all project-related issues and defects are addressed.
• Provide occasional after-sales support as needed.
• Prepare quotations when required.
• Maintain an organized filing system in collaboration with colleagues.
• Provide M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) drawings, aiming to minimize disruptions and prevent production issues that may lead to financial loss, while overseeing the entire project production sequence.
• Adhere to company SOPs and KPIs for each assigned project.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in project management, renovation, or construction.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Google SketchUp and Autodesk AutoCAD is a plus.
