Job Scope

• Able to coordinate and guide the operations team through the renovation process, provide advice and support, and ensure that the projects are delivered to the best quality, on time and within budget.
• Responsible for direct customer communication from project planning to schedule to completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Establish core project management capabilities, including critical skills such as time management, budgeting, scheduling, site supervision, communication, customer service, quality control, safety, documentation and others.
• Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks.
• Communicate with our team of onsite carpenters and follow up with manufacturer's factory with issues that arise on site.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Project Management / Interior Design / Architecture, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experiences

Print Art Director
Working days & hours: 5 days, Monday - Friday
Salary: SGD 3,500 - SGD 5,000
Location: Raeburn Park, Singapore (Nearest MRT: Outram Park / Harbourfront)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the print team and oversee development of work for consumer/corporate client campaigns and projects
• Conceptualising and proposing innovative print ideas (ATL/BTL)
• Oversee the day-to-day work of the design team and provide art direction guidance
• Experience work on several projects simultaneously

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or equivalent from an accredited art/design school or university
• Min. of 3 years professional experience as an Art Director in print and design creative
• Proficient in all the Graphic Design software – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Freehand is preferably.
• Sound knowledge in print production process preferred
