Job Responsibilities:

• To provide administrative support and coordination to the project management team in the execution of the customer program.
• Attend customer complain and provide necessaries solution
• Act as primary point of contact for the customer on operational and performance issues.
• Monitor project performance to customer requirements and expectations.
• Issue regular reports on program performance.
• Coordinate work of various functional groups such as Operations, IT, Quality.
• Identify areas of non-conformance and develop remedial plans.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner via a customer-defined escalation process and coordination of internal resources.
• Conduct regular meetings with Operations/Business managers to ensure customer needs and timelines are achieved.
• To monitor and follow up with functional departments on the progress of the work, updating the status of project plan and where appropriate to identify the relevant activities and critical items having significant impact on the project deliverables.
• Support administration works of project management team where applicable
• Responsible for the inquiry, order through to delivery
• Able to coordinate between departments on the progress of the work to update and keep track of the project plans

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors on the progress of M&E works.

· Management of material, equipment and manpower in his section to ensure proper and economic usage.

· In-charge of receipt, transfer and control of M&E construction materials in designated area.

· Enforce the implementation of occupational health and safety procedures in accordance to Project Safety manual.

· To implement and monitor that the permit to work system is properly followed on site.

· To follow all QA/QC procedures and implement CONQUAS standard for site works on site.

· Prepare daily report for related works,

· To ensure the progress of works is on schedule.

· Supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.

· Coordinate / prepare technical submissions with suppliers / subcontractors.

· Prepare method statement, shop drawings, CSD drawing, installation / T&C check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams.

· To assist in updating site work status report.

· Assist the Project Manager on all M&E matters including preparing M&E Master Construction and T&C Schedule.

· Liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcontractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning.

· Hold technical discussions with various stakeholders to resolve technical / site issues.

· Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist on stock replenishment
• Check items according to suppliers' invoices
• Receive and issue items to courier services or field technician timely and accurately
• Perform update of daily transactions in WMS system
• Check and account for goods received and delivered
• Ensure proper storage of inventories at all times
• Perform housekeeping of the stores

Job Requirement

• Minimum N level
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office: Words/Excel
• Must be able to handle light physical work and commit to overtime when required
